We're a business, but we also believe in giving back! Waggly Tails is a pet adoption service, aimed to provide animal welfare education for the humans to learn more about adopting.
Sunny Heights is a daycare for dogs. A school adopting the "humanimalist" belief that all dogs should be able to roam and play freely with one another as well as their humans. By doing this, we hope to achieve a reduction of abandoned dogs, and see an increase in adoption rates. ADOPT, DON'T BUY!

It was the furry fella’s birthday. I dropped him off in the morning at Sunny Heights. The handler came out to get him, and she said, “isn’t it his birthday? Yes. They remembered.
They walked him. They swam him. They ruffled him. They walked him again. They played with him. They ruffled him again. He had a great day.
When I picked him up late evening, they gave him a bag of all natural lamb treats. No, they didn’t treat him at school. They gave the unopened bag to me. It washis present. I was initially confused. Why didn’t they do ahead to treat him on his birthday I wondered.
Then I realized – they probably didn’t want to treat him without my permission, without knowing if he had any food sensitivities. Wow. How many handlers think like that.
That’s why I have been entrusting Sunny Heights – the team of Summer, Nic, Wye, Derrick and the rest – for almost as long as I had my furry fella. They aren’t after your patronage. They truly care for your dog. You can tell from the little things, like remembering his birthday, like giving him a present, like paying attention to his diet. Amazing, amazing, amazing.
Good facilities. Love the pool especially! Extremely clean and fun! Great experience with their doggy daycare, its a good opportunity to socialise and learn from other dogs and expense all the energy inside!

Wanted to take a moment to give a positive shout out
Today I sent my precious Great Dane, Colt, to Animal World (formerly K9 Kulture) for a playday and was so pleasantly surprised with all the changes they are making under the new ownership/management!!
Ive sent Colt for boarding/playdates at K9 for about 2 years now and had always been satisfied with his stay as I know he has lots of fun since I watch him on their feeds and he very eagerly jumps in their van when they pickhim up (he has, at times, even resorted to trying to jump into other, non-K9, vans because he thinks they will take him to play lol), but after visiting today I am more than satisfied I have a renewed confidence and love for the facility.
Not only are they making lots of renovations to make things nicer and more comfortable for the animals and visitors but they are also adding an adoption center!! So refreshing when so many of the boarding facilities and pet stores in SG are selling puppies, perpetuating the puppy mill cycle.
The manager, Derrick, also spent lots of time telling me about his work with Voices for Animals – his genuine love and advocacy for animals just radiated from him and I am so happy to know that when Colt stays at Animal World that he is under his care!
Sorry for the long post, I just felt I needed to post when something so far exceeded my expectations. I hope that anyone looking for a place to board their dog will consider supporting Animal World as I fully respect all that they are doing to help animals in need.

Sunny Heights We had selected Sunny Heights as it was like a dogs dream, a place where dogs get to be dogs. Swimming pool, a nice dog run, outdoor playground and also an indoor aircon room for the afternoons. Lots of dogs , big and small gather and play. They also have an excellent curriculum that ensures exercise and mental stimulation. The handlers are experienced and able to work with each individual dogs personality. Thank you so much for socializing Rambo so well that he is now a much-improved version since his initial shy visit the beginning of this year. Now he even refuses to board the school bus to come home, well-done guys!
Nice and clean pools and you can get into the pool with your dog. Plus there is a dog run area next to it too. Limited parking available but there is free parking available outside. Being a Sunday, there were few dogs, but my boy had lots of fun. Keep in mind that the pool is open to general public from 1 to 6:30 pm only. Morning time is for their Day Care centre. And you need to carry your dogs vaccination details if it’s your first time visit.
staffs very friendly n don’t mind sharing doggie health issues with just merely walk in for registration for usage of swimming pool.
Went with my dog and 2 nieces to use the pool the celebrate my dog’s bday. The pool was clean and the right and height for my dog to swim. I tried bringing my dog to the sea b4 but the waves etc seem abit too scary so the pool was prefect, a safer and more controlled environment for my dog to have a more pleasant experience swimming. Even my nieces loved it. Will go again.

A bunch of dedicated and genuine team that truly cares about the well-being of the dogs AND their humans.
My fiance and I are pretty particular about where we send our dogs, Truffle and Twinkle, as we know ONE bad experience is all it takes for them to be scarred for the rest of their lives. We did tons of research and enquired with many different daycares as well as dog training academies.
We finally decided on Sunny Heights because of a combination of the positive online reviews, pleasant enquiry call, and the consultative and genuine evaluation session experience.
After we started the daycare for both our dogs, our positive impression of the team is further confirmed. Not only are they very professional in what they do, they also go the extra mile. Why do we say so?
One of our dogs, Truffle, is reactive and pretty fearful. The team is not only encouraging but also very understanding. They also gave us advice on how to better help Truffle build more confidence.
All in all, a really positive experience and committed team that seeks to understand and help, not blame – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our adopted Retired K-9 Police Dog �, Mass a 7 years old Black Labrador has been going to Day Care once a week to enable him to continue his active life when he was still working with Police Force. Going to Dog Day Care is a good place for my doggo to interact, socialise with other paw pals of different breeds. I like the program that was laid by Sunny Heights and the paw pals are well taken carefully. Thanks to Derick Tan, Lynn, Karen, the Handlers, etc, etc, etc Mass is always looking forward to go to Sunny Heights once a week to meet his Paw Pals. All the best to Sunny Heights.

Adopted a husky puppy that has been socialised n trained by the team at Sunny Heights. The puppy is so well socialised n well trained n was such a great addition to the pack. She walks well on a lead n is so easy to house train. Definitely worth the wait! Special thanks to Lynn Tan, Derrick Tan n all those handlers to helped train Chloe.
Very friendly place, people are human with a loving heart and the borders there are well behave, lovely and happy. Facilities are BEST for both fur friends and human. Love Sunny Height.
The place where my late amber and i had the most memories and the place where we enjoyed the most. Chilling and relaxing in the most comfortable space and relaxing ambience with really good food.

i sent my dogs for boarding and i was worried as its the 1st time my boys were not with me for 8 nights but my worry were unfounded as my darlings were being taken care by a team of dedicated dog lovers unlike some unscrupulous dog boarding that i recently read about who mistreated the dogs for financial gain. its important to entrust your dogs knowing they are in good hands and happy so that i can go on my vacation with a peaceful mind and sunny heights is the place
Sunny Heights is a doggies heaven!!! . Loads of space to run about , 2 wonderful pools to swim in , playing games with the experienced handlers, pack walks to different exciting parks and gardens each time , air conditioned room to sleep in after their play time .
My 3 doggies who r 1.5, 6.5 and 14 years in age , all wait excitedly for the Sunny Heights bus to pick them up each week and they always return, looking very happy and well exercised and ready for a good nights rest !
I love their personal touch and m always assured that my doggies will be well looked after by Sunny Heights warm, caring and experienced staff who knows and understand each dogs needs and personality .

Glad to see so much changes in the pool and really enjoyed myself (w my fur kid) so much more compared to the first time I came!! Will definitely come again, hopefully there will be playgrounds etc building up soon?

Cool place for both furkids & pawrents. Pool looks betta after renov. Good place to train my furkids to swim & there’re cafes for both doggies & human.
Ive changed my flight for two times for the year end holiday cos I couldnt find an ideal place to entrust my adopted chow with, before I came to Sunny Heights
Since day 1 they match my dog with the activities that are suitable for her stamina and lifestyle, and feed me with her lovely photos from time to time (and more than often I saw the glimpse of my doggie in the hilarious daily photos on their fan page!😂)
With such dedication, my family and our beloved fur kid can both enjoy our long-waited 15-day holiday immensely
On the day we returned, our chow came back looking healthy, fluffy and happy! (Well I am not sure she is totally happy as I saw the sign of her missing her paw friends and those human kor kor jie jie!)

It is a daycare n boarding centre for dogs. And we put our pet dog there if we need a break from him or if we are going away for holiday. The activities keep my pet dog busy throughout the day, and he enjoys socializing with other dogs in the play compound or at the pool. The environment is big enough for them to happily run around and also a pool for them to swim n run with the other dogs is really a plus point . The staff are friendly n dog friendly too. We have explored other dog daycare centre but we really like the big compound which allows the dogs to have space to run and the pool is of good size .
They take care to make sure that proper requirements are met before taking the dogs into the day care centre so we are assured that my pet dog are with good temperament dogs together .
So far we are very happy with their service and our dog is very happy when he comes home so , we are still continuing to put him there during our holidays😄

Our doggies have been going to Sunny Heights for years now. First Ruby (whos since passed on) and Phad, and now Truffles also been going since we got back from Dubai. The handlers really know what they are doing and the doggies have a grand old time at daycare. They look forward to school days and get very excited when we mention the word! We also board them when we travel and they are very well looked after.
Brought my dog for his first swim last week- he had a wondrous time. Will go again soon
