Nope! all dogs of all ages can benefit from the wonders of swimming!

  • 2. How can my dog benefit from swimming?

Swimming is an excellent exercise for conditioning dogs, maintaining body weight, toning muscles, removing excess body fat and increasing flexibility. (That's a lot!)

  • 3. How long will my dog be swimming?

Swim sessions are 1-hour long. Actual swim time will depend on the condition of the dog. Well-conditioned dogs are welcome to swim as long and as often as their owner’s desire. Additional time can be taken for an additional fee.

  • 4. Can I swim with my dog?

Of course! We encourage you to accompany your dogs in the pool. It's great for bonding!

  • 5. Can I bring more than one dog to swim?

    The more the merrier!

  • 6. What if my dog can't swim or is afraid of the water?

Most dogs are naturally able to swim though some are shyer to water than others. It could take a few sessions before your pets find their confidence and start to enjoy their swims. We take our time to gain your dog’s trust and confidence with gentle motivation, to make swimming a positive experience for them.

  • 7. How do you teach a dog to swim?

Dogs, like all animals, have the natural ability to swim. All we have to teach is confidence in their ability to swim, and to feel comfortable in the water.

  • 8. Do you provide life jackets?

Doggie life jackets are available to support your dog in the water if required.

  • 9. How does my dog enter the pool?

We use both Salt and Chlorine and maintained by professionals on a twice a week basis. It is also cleaned everyday. It's good for humans too!

Yes. All dogs should be rinsed after their swim. you're welcome to our self-service Dogwash machine located at the exit of the pool; or visit our professional groomers, Fur & Away Grooming. Please do not rinse off your dog at human toilets, they have their own special areas here!
